Shipping

Beauty with Marble and Glass only chooses the finest delivery companies to ship your product. Our primary shippers are; UPS, Roadway, FedEx Freight and Old Dominion.

  • All merchandise delivered by a common carrier (Roadway, FedEx Freight, Old Dominion) will be curb side delivery. The consumer must transfer all merchandise from the curb to inside the home or business.
  • The customer must be available when the merchandise is being delivered. Merchandise will not be delivered unless the customer or a designated person is present to accept the delivery.
  • If shipping UPS, please provide an address of delivery where your package can be signed for during business hours.
  • All merchandise must be inspected upon delivery. Compare the order with the materials received. Customer (or the person you designate) is responsible for noting on the delivery receipt any damaged or missing items. Upon initial receipt, please look for indication of damage on the outside of the cartons or packaging material.
  • If there is any damaged merchandise, this must be communicated to the driver and referenced on the delivery slip during time of delivery. This action must be taken in order for a claim to be placed with the trucking company or UPS. If the damage is not notated, the customer will have to file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • NEVER refuse a delivery. Refused deliveries incur additional costs and decrease the chances of getting resolution in a timely manner. Refused deliveries are also subject to initial and return shipping costs, plus 20% restocking fee. Any damages from refused deliveries are non-refundable, and because it was refused, would not be noted. BWMG is not responsible for ANY costs associated with a refused delivery.
  • DO NOT DISCARD any of the damaged material. Once reported, the damaged material is the property of the carrier, by law, and they have 120 days to decide if they wish to inspect, pick up or advise to discard the damaged material. Unless otherwise advised by us, do not throw away or destroy any damaged material received.


Return Policy

Beauty with Marble and Glass understands that there are certain times when merchandise has to be returned after purchased. To accommodate this request we have outlined a few guidelines in advance so that you are aware of the charges that will accompany a return of merchandise.

Please read the return policy in full prior to committing to your purchase. Once your order is processed, the below return policy applies:

  • Customer must obtain a written return authorization from Beauty with Marble and Glass prior to returning merchandise.
  • All return authorization requests must be received prior to 15 days of original shipment.
  • There is a 30% restock applied to all authorized returned merchandise.
  • All merchandise that is being returned must be returned in resellable, original condition and packaging.
  • Opened boxes of field tile will not be authorized for return.
  • Returns of less than five (5) boxes of field tile will not be authorized.
  • Any product that has been sealed, modified or altered from original condition will not be authorized for return.
  • Medallions will not be authorized for return if the plastic wrap has been opened.
  • Customer will be responsible to pay all shipping charges to returned merchandise.
  • Original freight charges will not be refunded to customer.
  • Your refund will be processed within 15 days of return.
